Grays is owned and run right here in Fayetteville, so when you call, you reach people who know this community.
From first call to first visit
It begins with a conversation at your kitchen table. At a free in-home assessment we learn what a normal day looks like for your loved one, what has gotten harder, and what you’re hoping for.
Then we put it in writing as a plan of care, pair your loved one with a caregiver who suits them, and check in regularly so the plan keeps up as their needs change.
We accept Medicaid, including the Community Alternatives Program (CAP), and private pay clients. We believe access to quality care should not be limited by financial situation.
At this time, we do not provide hospice services.
